your timing belt may have jumped? Those are very even numbers so that would be a ridiculous coincidence that they wore overnight and so evenly. Maybe whip out your timing light and check, if it's right on then there's still a chance your intake cam on your driver's side is out of time, take the timing cover off and line the cam sprockets up with the timing marks?
